Let's Write a Slogan!
Slogans are often used in advertising to catch people's attention and help them remember a company's name or product. When slogans are used to promote ideas that try to make the world a better place instead of selling products, they are called public service annoucements. You can probably recall slogans from television remindng you to recycle or avoid drugs. A great deal of thought has gone into creating a catchy phrase people will remember.
See if you can create two clever slogans for the following public service announcements. Try to make your slogans short and interesting so that people can remember them easily.

Another Point of View
What do you think the world looks like to a mouse? Would people look like giants and fish bowls like big aquariums? Imagine that you are a mouse and write a description of what the world looks like to you. Tell how it feels to see the world from a "mouse-eye view."
- What about the point of view of a kitchen table?
- How about a hood ornament of a car?
