The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation has announced grant opportunities available through its Innovation Fund. The fund will provide grants to nonprofit organizations to spark the creation or expansion of innovative educational programs in one of three areas: talent identification, practices related to scholarship provision, and out-of-school programs in music, art, language, writing, or science. Grant proposals are due December 22, 2003.
