Project M3 Makes News
The January issue of NEA Today gave kudos to our own Project M3, Mentoring Mathematical Minds, for creating a program that reaches gifted students from culturally diverse backgrounds—in stark contrast to national averages. The article highlights the success ion of one M3 classroom in West Hartford, and points up the importance of providing gifted students with education that meets their developmental needs, quoting students themselves as well as researchers on the needs of gifted students to move at their own pace.
