Description:

MDUSD uses the Enrichment Triad Model for our summer program, "Talents to Go." Typically we have approximately 150 students participate in the 4-week program which culminates in a Type III Fair.

This program could be easily observed.

During the school year, identified students are clustered or grouped part-time for instruction and teachers are encouraged to use curriculum compacting with these students. A number of our teachers have attended Confratute and do offer enrichment clusters, but since we do not have the resources of GATE teachers at each site, it happens only when classroom teachers incorporate the model as part of instruction.
