Description:

University School is complete school program for students with high academic potential. Students come to University School with above average intelligence. The goal of the school is to develop both creativity and task commitment in these students. Using the Schoolwide Enrichment Model aids us in that task. Each year that our students are involved in creating Type III products more is expected in terms of depth and complexity, task commitment, and creativity.

The purpose of University School is to enhance academic achievement, develop creativity, and provide an environment conducive to generating responsibility toward oneself and toward society. Our aim is to teach students to value and use their exceptional abilities in a way that contributes to the good of the larger community. To do this students must develop their own potential and appreciate the unique abilities of all individuals. For more information, see our website www.uschool.utulsa.edu
