Type II training is conducted as a weekly pullout for students with high academic aptitude. An extensive mini-course program is offered to all students in grades one through eight which focuses on activities incorporating the higher levels of Bloom's taxonomy. Future Problem Solving is offered in grades 4 and 5 and at the middle school and high school levels.
Type III investigations are offered to any student who has a particular project they wish to pursue. In the past years, several Type III's have expanded into Community Problem Solving Investigations that have received first place awards at the international Future Problem Solving conference. Mentorships are available to identified students at the high school level. SEM Components:
